All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Each package will also receive a tracking, which you are free to use to keep track of your package. Feel free to download the "Shop" from the Play Store in order to assist you with updates.
Due to the fact that packages are delivered both domestically and internationally, shipping rates vary accordingly.
Most products are Free Shipping, with only a few exceptions.
*Customized store merchandise starts at $4.95 per item. Processes in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery in 7 to 10 business days.
Bbeautyful Tresses starts at $6.95 for standard and $24.95 for second day service. Processes in 1 to 2 business days. Delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
International shipping begins at $19.95 and depends heavenly on the destination to finalize it's cost. Processes in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time depends on locale.
All other items have free shipping, with a processing time if 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time of 7 to 20 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You also have the option to download the Shop app from the Play Store to assist with tracking. There is no cost associated with this service.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beautyful is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Attn: Info@bbeautyful.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You may also contact us at Bbeautyful on the Messenger and Whatsapp App. We address things on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
